When food was prepared from wholesome fresh ingredients. A time when bread, fresh from the oven was prepared from freshly ground flour, untreated by harsh chemicals. A time when our food nourished us and did not harm us.
Incredible? No, it exists. Tucked away in a corner of Sungai Buloh, Selangor, there is such a time and place.
At Mardia
& Mustaffa's Bakery we
bake and cook the
old fashioned way. We are Artisans we mix and shape by hand and bake in
a Brick wood fired oven. We built the oven ourselves. We have to assure
our customers of the purity of our products, to do this we make our own
ingredients. We grind 
our own flour, make our
own oil, make our own
vegan egg - vegan milk - vegan kaya. We know exactly what goes into our
bread.
