Organic Vegan Baked Products

Our guarantee: We have been baking with Organic Flours since 2004. We strive to provide baked goods without any harmful additives, colouring or preservatives. Now that a wide range of Organic grains are available in Malaysia we use them exclusively. Organic wholegrain flour does not have a long shelf life and so we prefer to grind our flour each day. As berries, grains last almost indefinitely. When our grains are ground, they are still alive and the goodness intact. We use natural levain to raise many of our breads. The bread takes longer to ferment and rise creating that wonderful taste peculiar to levain bread. Bread is a fermented food. It eases the digestion of grains by human beings. We bake some of our our bread in a wood-fired brick oven which helps to acheive great taste and a rich dark crust. This crust provides exercise for the teeth. Chewing of the bread stimulates the production of digestive juices required for proper digestion of food.

Sourdough Starter

Bake your own bread using our sourdough starter. Just re-hydrate it, feed and keep it forever to make bread for your family. Comes with instructions for looking after it and a recipe for sourdough bread.

Made from pure, hand-made on the premises, Coconut Oil. This is about as pure as you can get. No perfumes or fillers are used. RM 12 per Bar
